CBS TV reported that Highway 5 is located inLos AngelesOne person was killed in a three-vehicle collision in the Santa Fe Springs section of the county.
The accident occurred near the south side section of Highway 5 (Camenita Road) on the 22nd, just before 2 p.m., when a vehicle collided with another vehicle and overturned. At least one vehicle involved in the accident was a semi truck.
Investigators report that,car accidentFollowing the incident, a 40-year-old man was thrown out of the car and fell to the ground, killing him on the spot.
Due to this incident all the lanes of Highway 5 remained closed for several hours till 7 am at 22 am.
