According to a City Police report, a 17-year-old student was shot at a restaurant called Grand Dumpling near Maspeth High School (Grand Avenue) in Elmhurst, Queens, at around 1:40 pm. After that, he ran back to Maspe High School where he was studying for help and was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where his life was not in danger.


Police also said that after being shot, the suspect fled 74th Street in an electric vehicle and is still absconding.
