“I didn’t expect Barcelona with a different idea because they have a new coach. Those who are trained there, like Xavi (Hernández), know what the team system is like,” Jesus said, quoted from Benfica’s official website, Tuesday (11/23/2021).

“Both with (Ronald) Koeman and Xavi (Hernandez) they played in a 4-3-3,” he continued.

“The arrival of Xavi brings a favorable environment that makes the team more confident. But they are still a great team, with players who can make the difference in attack at any time.”

“We are fighting to qualify with an opponent who is a candidate to win the Champions League, even though people say they (Barcelona) are weaker,” he added.

“The scenario is different. Tomorrow (against Barcelona), if we draw 0-0, we can go through. We will play to win,” concluded Jesus.
