MANCHESTERManchester United reported to have agreed to bring Ralf Rangnick as interim coach. The German tactician moved closer to Old Trafford with contract period of six months.

Currently, Rangnick is Head of Sports and Development at Lokomotiv Moscow. As a result, he will leave his position to join Cristiano Ronaldo et al.

However, due to work permit issues, the 63-year-old cannot take charge this week when Man United face Chelsea. Reportedly, he will make his debut with the Red Devils in early December in the match against Arsenal.

Judging from his achievements, Rangnick has a good record. He has brought success to Red Bull Leipzeig since 2012 both as director of football and as a coach.

In fact, Jurgen Klopp and Thomas Tuchel admired the figure of Rangnick. According to them, Rangnick is one of the best coaches from Germany.

For that, Rangnick is expected to be able to bring Man United in a better direction until the end of this season. The reason is, they can only win one win from the last five matches in the 2021/2022 English Premier League so they are stranded in eighth position in the standings.
