NUSA DUA – The Indonesian badminton team is confirmed to be without a title at the Indonesia Masters 2021 tournament. This was confirmed after Marcus Fernaldi Gideon/Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo failed to beat Takuro Hoki/Yugo Kobayashi in the final match.

In this final match, Marcus/Kevin lost through a rubber game 11-21, 21-17, and 19-21. This minor result saw the Japanese pair manage to break their egg meeting record to 1-10 against Minions.
