Hassan N’Dam N’jikam’s duel against Janibek Alimkhanuly is an additional match for the WBO Welterweight title fight between Terence Crawford vs Shawn Porter. Hassan was declared defeated by TKO to the undefeated Janibek Alimkhanuly, dubbed the potential successor to Gennadiy Golovkin.
Hassan, an aged Franco-Cameroonian veteran dominated for eight rounds before the fight was finally stopped. But Hassan protested the stoppage of the fight in the corner saying: “No, no, no. No, I’m ready to die.”
With this win, 28-year-old Alimkhanuly extended his 11-0 record (7 KOs), while Hassan N’Dam suffered a third loss in his last four fights. Hassan now has a 38-6-0 record.
After winning, Alimkhanuly was getting more and more excited about the opportunity to fight for the Middleweight title. ”I’m ready for the fight for the next world title,”said Alimkhanuly.

The Kazakh boxer boasts that he will beat all his challengers to realize his ambition of becoming a Middleweight champion like Gennadiy Golovkin. The win over Hassan earned him the WBC Continental America and WBO Global Middleweight belts. ”Qazaq Style will take over the middleweight division. Whichever champion, it doesn’t matter. I have to give credit to N’Dam, a tough former champion who took a lot of punishment.”
