The bars and melody of Britain’s Got Talent are unrecognizable
Britain’s Got Talent stars Bars and Melody are very different from their days as angelic young men on the show.
The 20-something lads are still present in rap and R&B, but their anti-bullying songs on the show will forever be remembered.
Today, Charlie Lenehan, known as Melody, is covered in tattoos, with ink on her neck, arms and chest.
But his relationship with co-star Leondre Devries (Bars) is as close as ever, and the two enjoy themselves in exotic locations around the world.
But life after the talent show isn’t all plane sailing.
In 2016, Leondre’s father, Antonio Devries, filed a lawsuit against the duo, claiming Hopeful was his song about the troubles in his life.
He said he was unhappy that the couple had moved, and he was responsible for promoting them before the pub and Melody appeared on Britain’s Got Talent.
“Bars and Melody are sorry to hear that legal action has been threatened and hope it will be resolved swiftly and amicably,” the pair wrote in a statement at the time.
