WBC Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury challenged an equally unbeaten Joe Joyce in next year’s Heavyweight bout. The Juggernaut –nickname Joe Joyce — boasting an unbeaten record feels worthy of being Fury’s opponent.

However, Fury, however, is not expected to return to the ring until March. And while Joyce respects Fury, she is eager to enter the ring with him. Joe Joyce uploaded a photo of the two of them with Tyson Fury with a friendly smile. She later captioned: “I have great respect for @gypsyking101 as a friend and as a fighter but my schedule is free in February #letsdothis #WBO1 #WBC2 #THEJUGGERNAUT”

The Gypsy King is expected to be next in action against Dillian Whyte as well as British boxers. But the 33-year-old Whyte may have to face Otto Wallin first, who he was supposed to face last month before pulling out with a shoulder injury.

Tyson Fury promoter Bob Arum recently told Boxing News 24: ”Dillian Whyte is not mandatory, and that’s what the WBC hasn’t done. Dillian Whyte has an obligation to fight Wallin, and we’ll see,” said Arum.
“But again, in March, I want Tyson Fury to fight in England. And I would think one of the opponents would be Dillian Whyte or maybe this big British guy, Joe Joyce.”

The boxer who has a 13-0 record is currently only ranked behind Whyte, Deontay Wilder and Andy Ruiz Jr in the WBC rankings. Asked by Sky Sports about Fury’s prospects against Joyce, Frank Warren said: “I spoke to Tyson about him. Tyson said he was the best out there,”he said.

“That’s Tyson’s opinion. Can he go all the way? Yes he can. He’s got a good heart rate, a big heart. He is strong, he walks forward, he is a ‘Juggernaut’. With whoever he was there, you knew they would have a hard time getting rid of him.
