Three representatives of Indonesia will certainly be eliminated when they later appear at the Bali International Convention Center. It comes from men’s singles, men’s doubles and women’s doubles.
In the men’s singles there are still three representatives, namely Shesar Hiren Rhustavito who will later fight Rasmus Gemke (Denmark). Others, are Chico Aura Dwi Wardoyo and Jonatan Christie.
Unfortunately, Chico and Jojo, as Jonathan calls each other, have to tackle each other. This means that one of Indonesia’s mainstays in this sector will lift the suitcase first.
The same thing happened in the men’s doubles. Here, a duel between Indonesian badminton players took place, namely Muhammad Shohibul Fikri/Bagas Maulana vs Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto.
Then, Marcus Fernaldi Gideon/Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo against Choi Solgyu/Kim Wonho (South Korea). And, Pramudya Kusumawardana/Yeremia Erich Yoche Yacob Rambitan met Takuro Hoki/Yugo Kobayashi from Japan.
In the women’s doubles, Greysia Polii/Apriyani Rahayu, who was the second seed, had to take on her compatriot, Fitriani/Yulia Yosephine Susanto.
Meanwhile, Febriana Dwi Puji Kusuma/Amalia Cahaya Pratiwi will be challenged by the eighth seed from Malaysia, Pearly Tan/Thinaah Muralitharan.
