WATCH: Darby Allin takes one of the craziest dives from a ladder you’ll ever see

Darby Allin takes on Jeff Hardy on the May 11 episode of AEW Dynamite, and he has possibly the craziest jump from a ladder in a wrestling match.

The May 11 episode of AEW Dynamite features the start of the Owen Hart Foundation Championship. The main event at the UBS Arena in Elmont, N.Y., was the opening round of the men’s championship, a fantasy match between Darby Allin and Jeff Hardy. Fans have been anticipating this game for some time now, as both sides have built their reputation as Expendables in the phalanx.

Allin vs. Hardy didn’t disappoint, as it was a no-disqualification game. The two threw their bodies away. In Allin’s case, he put Hardy on a row of steel chairs at the edge of the circus, built a high ladder in the middle of the ring, and jumped off Hardy in an absolutely insane place.

This is far from the only crazy sequence that happens in the game. Erin chose his signature coffin drop move to Hardy for the hardest part of the ring, but Hardy left at the last second. Hardy then attempted to hit the Swanton bomb on Allyn, who was lying on the steel steps on the side of the arena, but the young wrestler got out of the way.

At the end of the match, Allin hit Hardy’s coffin fall in the ring, but was caught in a cross for a three-count. That puts Hardy in the semifinals of the Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Championship, where he will face Adam Cole, who beat Dax Harwood earlier in the night.

For wrestling fans, this is a highly anticipated match that definitely lives up to the hype.
